【摘要】:ThepurposeofthisPASistoprovideaguideforthedesignofelectrodestationsforHVDClinksintendedforgroundreturn.ThisdesignguidewaspreparedbytheCIGRéWorkingGroup14.21:HVDCGroundElectrodeDesignduringtheperiod1995-1998.ItisnotthepurposeofthisreporttoprovidedetailedinstructionsonhowtoworkoutanHVDClinkfromtheinitialideatofinaldecisionsonsites,ratings,constructionalprinciplesforconverterstationsandforconnectinglines/cables.Intheoftenhecticplanningphaseofanewlink,themainemphasiswillbeconcentratedonconverterstationsandtheline/cable,whilelessattentionispaidtoasimultaneousevaluationofpossiblecurrentreturnprinciples.
