【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthesafetyrequirementsandtestsforself-propelledrubbertyredvehiclesasdefinedin3.1intendedprimarilyforuseinundergroundmining(i.e.asminevehicles)andotherundergroundworkings(e.g.astunnellingvehicles).Theelectricalsupplyvoltageislimitedto1100A.C.and1500D.C.1.2ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandhazardousevents,applyingtoself-propelled,rubber-tyredvehicles,subjecttobeingusedaccordingtotheirintendedpurposeandprevailingmanufacturer’sconditionsandwithinthescopeofforeseeablemisuse.ThisEuropeanStandarddescribesappropriateactiontobetakentoavoidorminimizetheriskofsignificanthazards.1.3ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotincluderubbertyreddrillingrigs,whicharecoveredbyEN791,orearth-movingmachinerynotintendedprimarilyforuseinundergroundmines,whicharecoveredbyEN474(allparts).ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnottakeaccountofspecifichazardsassociatedwithspecial-purposevehicles,e.g.tankers,explosivesvehicles.Thisstandarddoesnotcovertheuseandoperationofrubber-tyredvehiclesbeingremotelycontrolledoroperationinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospheres.1.4ThisEuropeanStandardappliestovehicleswhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofissueofthisstandard.
