【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandardcontainsthesafetyrequirementsforthedesignandinstallationofstationaryglasswashinginstallationsasshownastypicalinAnnexA.Glasswashinginstallationsaredesignedtoperformthefollowingfunctions:feedingofflatglasstothecleaninganddryingunitandtransport(delivery)totheestimationequipmentandtothetake-offpositionoftheflatglasssheet.Noneoftheprocessingphasesrequiresdirectmanualintervention.1.2!ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththesignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventswiththeexceptionofthosebyinterfaceswithothermachinesusedinaprocesslinerelevanttoglasswashinginstallations,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4)."ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreduceriskswhichcanarisefromthesesignificanthazardsduringcommissioning,theoperationandmaintenance.!Safetyrequirementsand/orprotectivemeasuresaregiveninClause5.WhenreferencesaremadetoBlevelstandardssuchasEN953,EN1037,EN1088,EN60204-1,ENISO13850andENISO13857,themanufacturershouldcarryoutanadequateriskassessmentfortherequirementsthereofwherechoiceisnecessary."1.3ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletomachinesforloadingandunloadingofglass(seeEN13035-5)andtoconveyors(seeEN619)andfans.Iftherearespecificrisksthatarisebytheiruseasanintegralpartofflatglasswashinginstallations,appropriatemeasuresarespecified.1.4ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletoglasswashinginstallationsforautomotiveandbentglass.1.5ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletowaterpreparationanddisposalofwastewashingliquid.1.6ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletomachinerymanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.
