【摘要】:1.1ThisStandardspecifiesthetestconditionsforthedeterminationofthetensilepropertiesofunidirectionalfibre-reinforcedplasticcomposites,baseduponthegeneralprinciplesgiveninJISK7161.1.2Thetestmethodisforobtainingtensilestrength,modulusofelasticityintensionandtensilestress-straincharacteristicsunderthefixedconditionfromthetensilebehaviourusingtestspecimens.1.3Thetestmethodissuitableforallpolymermatrixsystemsreinforcedwithuni-directionalfibres.Themethodissuitableforcompositeswitheitherthermoplasticorthermosettingmatrices,includingpreimpregnatedmaterials(prepregs).Thereinforcementscoveredincludecarbonfibres,glassfibres,aramidfibresandothersimilarfibres.Therein-forcementgeometriesofunidirectionalfibrescoveredincluderovingsandunidirectionalfabricsandtapes.Themethodisnotnormallysuitableformultidirectionalmaterialscomposedofsev-eralunidirectionallayersatdifferentangles(seeJISK7164).1.4Themethodisperformedusingoneoftwodifferenttypesoftestspecimen,de-pendingonthedirectionoftheappliedstressrelativetothefibredirection(seeclause6).1.5Inthistestmethod,thestandarddimensionofthetestspecimenisspecified,be-causetestresultsobtainedusingtestspecimenshavingdifferentdimensionsorthetestspecimenspreparedunderthedifferentconditionscannotbecomparedwitheachother.Otherfactors,forexample,suchastestspeedorconditioningofthetestspecimenalsohaveeffectsontheresult.Therefore,whenthecomparabledataisrequested,thesefactorsshallbecarefullycontrolledandrecorded.NOTE:TheInternationalStandardcorrespondingtothisStandardandthesymbolofdegreeofcorrespondenceareasfollows.ISO527-5:1997Plastics--DeterminationoftensilepropertiesPart5:Testconditionsforunidirectionalfibre-reinforcedplasticcomposites(MOD)
